Big Weddings, Big Rewards

The Big Weddings, Big Rewards promotion is valid on new contracted social group bookings hosting a wedding at select Inclusive Collection resorts, made through May 31, 2025 for stays between now and December 20, 2026. As part of this promotion, guests will enjoy the following amenities:

• Up to 10 complimentary rooms and complimentary upgrades
• Removal of 10% deposit due at signing for groups of 51 – 80 rooms 
• Complimentary dinner reception, up to 4 hours

The Big Weddings, Big Rewards promotion is only available to new social group reservations booking a wedding package. No rollbacks or re-bookings permitted. Promotion applies to all room occupancies, as long as the single occupancy rooms do not exceed 30% of the group’s total reservations. If single occupancy rooms surpass 30%, those rooms will be considered based on double occupancy. All reservations must be booked through the same source to qualify. Not valid for Meetings & Incentives groups as defined by Inclusive Collection’s Standard Group Policy. Group must sign a contract with the resort in order to be eligible.

Note: If a group’s travel dates overlap two seasons, the terms and conditions along with complimentary rooms and upgrades will apply based on the peak arrival day. For example: A 50 room group arrives in a span of 2 days. 15 check-in on June 7, 2025, 35 check-in on June 8, 2025. The terms and conditions along with complimentary rooms and upgrade will be calculated based on High Season as the June 8 date has the majority of room check-ins.

Eligible groups will receive the following:

• Maximum of 6 or 10 complimentary room nights, varies by season. Complimentary room nights are calculated daily and are not cumulative. It is not required to have all paid rooms in the same room category in order to receive the complimentary room(s). Complimentary rooms are to be applied to the lowest total value room of any occupancy on each night that qualifies. 
  • Holiday season: Maximum of 6 complimentary rooms
  • All other seasons (High, Mid, Low): Maximum of 10 complimentary rooms
• Maximum of 6 or 10 complimentary room upgrades, varies by season. Complimentary room upgrade applies to the lowest room category booked and for the group’s average length of stay. Upgrades are subject to availability and may be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types.
  • Holiday season: Maximum of 6 complimentary room upgrades
  • All other seasons (High, Mid, Low): Maximum of 10 complimentary room upgrades
• A first payment of 35% for groups of 512 – 80 rooms is still due 90 days prior to the first arrival date of the group; final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• One (1), complimentary dinner reception is based on the total number of rooms
  booked, detailed below. Reception must be requested from the resort at least 30 days prior to arrival. Location, food and beverages are at the discretion of the resort and will vary by property. Resort may offer upgraded location, food or beverages at an additional cost, subject to availability. Duration of dinner reception is as follows:
  • Book 51¹ – 80 rooms and receive a complimentary 2-hour dinner reception
  • Book 81 – 100 rooms and receive a complimentary 3-hour dinner reception
  • Book 101 rooms or more and receive a complimentary 4-hour dinner reception
